On a monthly basis that's approx. $20/mo. While not as good as free, not exactly a King's ransom either.
Just another POV.

Go here:
http://www.bravenet.com/samples/humanclick.php
Bravenet still offers a free version of humanclick, and from what I understand it will remain free, at least for now.

If it wasn't WTC something else would have happened to hurt business. At any given time something is brewing that you can point to and say "I would spend the money but...."
If you think it really does help your business then that's just the cost of doing business.

My main problem with LiveHelper is they only allow one operator at that price. The figured out not many people have more then 3 chats, but like to have more then one operator, so they changed it to make you pay more. The link Jedito listed above is a great program, not sure if we will use it though. It comes with features that you need to pay HumanClick for.

I have been using Humanclick and now LiveHelper which hasn't been too bad. Not as many people use it as I would like and when I try to instigate a chat session quite a few people leave the site, but it has helped me close the odd sale.
I looked at Itotal which I hadn't come across before. It looks good and feature-rich but it does have a banner ad on display to the customers which made distract them from whatever you are trying to sell them.
Just a thought...

I tried that itoal one, and Human click wins by far in my opinion. I just did not like it. You can do much more with HC. Also I get the message that free version is no longer supported, yet I can still use it. I just have less features then before. Anyone know if they canning free version 100 percent?
