Hi, how do I set up sub-categories in akopia shopping cart?

Im thinking of setting up an online store for computer parts and have categories something like this:

Motherboard
- Intel
- Slot A
- Socket A
- AMD

for instance......


For such an advanced shopping cart, I'm pretty sure it can do that but I've tried so hard (researching and so on) but no luck :(
