The first time you transfer 100 some accounts to a totally different and new server...

Naw, it could be A LOT worse. Definately a learning experience though.

I worked with a company one time that moved BY HAND ( no scripts) a hundreds (500+) in like 2 weeks...it sucked!

Listening to it doesnt cure you. Replicating it does. stand up at your seat and scream at the top of your lungs while hitting something (in my case drums, and i was sitting) I swear by that method.

What helps for me: I stand up from my computer and either
a) drive a fast car
b) play with my son
