Does anybody know of any host that is located in Brazil? Their servers have to be located in there also.

I did I just got a ton of those crappy affiliate "ranking" sites all pointing back to US hosts. I'm still looking there but I thought someone here might know of one.

set domain to ".br", and search for "webhost".

Hi. I'm from Brazil and there are many Brazilian hosts with Datacenters in Brazil, but the prices are not very cheap compared with US host and you will not find English pages because hosts are basically intended to local market.

Some examples:

http://www.locaweb.com.br/ - this company announce at some Brazilian computer magazines, I think is big Brasilan Host , but the price is high , 20US$/month for 300Mbytes of space and 4 GIG of transfer.

http://www.hostsul.com.br/ - 10US$/moth , 100Mbytes . 2GIG transfers , they say that use Brasilian datacenter and US EV1 , I think you must specify that you want to use Brasilan Datacenter.

Yahoo directory of Brasilian Hosts , but Brasilian Yahoo is not updated frequently and you must certify if the host use a Brasilian Datacenter.
