I run a small but well established hosting company which has been in business for over 3 years.

Due to the recent birth of my son I will be unable to give my customers the support and attention that they deserve and are accustomed to. Therefore I am forced to sell the business.

I have a great and loyal customer base and I want the best for them after the move so I will only be selling to someone who can prove to me that they are dedicated to running an honest business.

I have put a lot of time and effort into this business and I love what I do so you can imagine that this comes as a bit of a disappointment to me.

I am willing to sell the business as a whole (Website, ModernBill system, Customer forum, etc) or just the customers separately.

I have 3 servers running Cpanel/WHM and most of my customers have reseller accounts.

I have not posted the URL to my business as I don’t want to create panic amongst my customers. I am a regular visitor to this great forum and after emailing the mods here they kindly let me create a new ID so I could post this offer.

I may be interested, I'm just starting out in the hosting side, but I have a commercial support company which I have been running now for 6 years now (jeez, it doesnt feel like it, on a good day anyway), and a shop for a year and a half. I also subcontract to an International setting up Industrial Paternosters with clients like The Royal Mail here in the UK. (And no,its not my fault the new sorting center at Heathrow is behind schedule :-)

I may be making my business sound bigger than it is, I only employ one person full time at the moment, depending on your figures this might push me over the edge to get someone else. Or would you be interested in a part time job? (That may be preferable if this is your 'day' job).

It may be better if we talk on the phone? I like to do things like this the old fashioned way if at all possible.
