Has anyone ever used a software called mailman on a raq?

The home page for the software is at http://www.list.org/index.html

One of the sites I run uses that and it is pretty convenient. It gives the users all kinds of features over the web for how they subscribe to the list.

Or does anyone have a similar software they use with a web interface for mailing lists like this?
