I am looking for anybody who is in the process of, or working on launching a hosting company, who is looking for FREE Advertising.
(Very Recently Launched companies OK Too)

Only People Seriously Interested should Apply.

Looking for somebody to keep a small Diary, or keep a list, of the steps they take, things they do, in order to prepare for a launch.
Like find a Reseller.
Find a good Billing Script.. ETC.

This is for a Hosting Portal/Directory, in exchange i will offer 300$ in Advertisement on Our Site(Use it any Way you Want) for a well written, detailed 'diary' or 'list'.
In addition your story will be prominently displayed on the site, which is more good publicity for you.

Anybody Interested?

Hi Trevor,

I am starting my hosting company[Valai.Net] on Oct 18 and I can write a whole book now on how to start a hosting company!

I have a fairly long list of both dedicated server providers and reseller providers, parameters I use to evaluate them [like cost/MB, disk space to B/w ratio] profitability analysis on various products [20MB-250MB b/w @ 3$/mo etc.,] the various pluses & deltas with each provider etc.,

In fact, I had given myself 2-3 months of my spare time to evaluate a provider and I have zeroed in on 3.

If you want I can share my Excel spreadsheet with many macros [that has a what-if analysis]

I also have a unbiased, user-educative article ~which I am planning to put in my website~ on what are the direct and operative costs of a web-hosting provider, the myth of unlimited everything and tips on evaluating a virtual host

But I need time to put this all into articles if that is what you are looking for...

Thanks and all the best to you!

Cheers
