Is there a possibility where 1 domain can use 2 webhosts at the same time?

example:
i own a domain called sample.com and i got 2 webhosts one for just for to display the contents and the other for big chunks of files.

If so, do I need to have 4 DNS's in my domain CP or something else.

You can own just one TLD for your example. There are multiple ways in which you can do this

e.g. point - sample.com - and - www . sample . com - to HOST1 and download.sample.com to HOST2 - you would just need to ask the HOST controlling your dns to do this for you

If you are controlling the DNS yourself - then you just need to ask both your hosts for the A Record entries to be made by you. In the above example you will need to create 3 A records.
