like what server is it on?
etc etc.

What is the profit?
What sort of price are you looking for?

would you sell the dial-up and hosting separately ?
what sort of plans did you offer, at what price, how frequently paid ?
what hardware/software ?
what outgoings/income ?
what control panel ?
minimum contract terms the clients are on ?

number of customers broken down by the plans used by each customer inc hdd/bw limits , prices etc
payment method (annual, monthly) c/card, paypal, check etc
when payments are next due
server specifications
assets included in the sale (s/ware&hardware)
timescale you 're looking at for the disposal
any expected price you initially have in mind
