Hope you will help me out by give me some of your precious time.

Vinsar: Directi is a very good choice. They understand the reseller requirements quite well - i like their interfaces and support
You may want to check out the following links to understand their commitment towards us resellers:

There are few concern I have before signing up,
Do they force us to sell all other products they sell, or just domains.
Do they also offer free private/personal Domain Name Server registration.
Do they offer free ownership change
and/or other feature that registrar like Godaddy are offering.

Do they force us to sell all other products they sell, or just domains.
>> That is the best part about them. You can CHOOSE to sell the products that you want. Check out the two links that i have pasted in my previous post. You can choose to sell ONLY domains. Your control panel will show ONLY those products that you chose to sell. If you observe all the annoucements that have been made in the past by their CEO - you will notice that they will always have this flexibility. This means that when they add hosting to their product offering (every registrar will add it someday) - it will be the choice of the reseller to add this to their own CP.
Do they also offer free private/personal Domain Name Server registration.
>> They do not sell private domain name registration
Do they offer free ownership change
>> You can change all contact info free of cost using their control panel or API. You can do this as many times as you want
and/or other feature that registrar like Godaddy are offering.
>> you will need to be more specific about the features - every registrar offers various features. Directi has a lot of features which are better than go daddy for reseller management and domain registration. Go daddy has more products in their reseller program such as create a web site, drive web site traffic etc

What about DNS management and they are introducing this new program "resellerrs" with increased pricing and seperate payed features etc.
Further for last two days I have been unable to connect to http://demo.myorderbox.com:9090/

1) What about DNS management?
They are just about to launch DNS Management in the next few days
2) new program "resellerrs" with increased pricing and seperate payed features
Everything is going to shift to the ResellerSRS Brand. IF you complete the sign-up right away then the increased barrier to entry will not apply to you. The pricing is going to remain the same - though they are going to increase the barrier to entry - a lot of resellers including me has been asking for this since quite some time. From what i have read - the new barrier to entry is going to be put up by end of this month or beginning of next month
3) Further for last two days I have been unable to connect to http://demo.myorderbox.com:9090/
Directi is in the process of upgrading the entire control panel. I have noticed that when ever they are going to upgrade their control panel they shut down their demo control panel at least a week in advance. I guess this must be for some kind of testing.
If you complete the sign-up - you can login to your own control panel before you need to send them the funds - so you can check out the control panel by directly signing up. As such, they are upgrading their CP in a week or so - the newer CP is supposed to be really good - i like their current CP - so i am quite certain that the newer one will be amazing

They have shifted to a forums based approach from their earlier mailing list based approach - http://forums.directi.com
If you still like to read all posts via email then you can setup your notification options accordingly when you sign-up at http://forums.directi.com or if you have already signed up then by logging in and changing your preferences

I like Directi. I have personally experienced fast support on every occasion. In fact, i havent seen such fast support from any other registrar
The Directi control panel is very cool They allow you to customize all communication with your sub resellers and customers to a far greater extent than a lot of other registrars.
They offer very competitive prices.
What i like best about them is that they listen. You can actually see that they care about our feedback and change their processes and software to incorporate all the good suggestions that have been given.
