On their site they say for small companies with less than 30 packages its free. Does that mean 30 clients? Or 30 different hosting plans?
Thanks

I somehow had it in my head it was free for hosts with less than 100 clients, so that might be a different limitation. You'd have to email them to be sure however, or wait a bit until someone else answers for sure.

It's packages not clients.. so in your case packages=hosting plans.. [or any other 'package' that you bill]

Setup is $100 one time fee
0-50 'packages' = no monthly fee
51-100 = $50 per month
101-2000 = $99 per month
2000+=dedi-server $390something per month..

On behalf of Voxel I apologize if there's anyone who we haven't gotten back in touch with in regard to ubersmith.

I have been pretty good (I think) about getting back to people, so this surprises me.

Please feel free to PM me or email me at rd@voxel.net if you need any further information. I'll PM the people here you mentioned that they were waiting from a response for us.

Thanks for the interest, and thanks for the great support -- the response to ubersmith has been excellent!

I just wanted to give an update that I heard from Raj and he was most helpful :) There must have been a mixup last time.
