midPhase... where do you host your server? And what is your server spec? It seems so hard to find that information on your website (probably it's just me).

And do you oversell??

Our servers are colocated at Equinix or The Planet. We use two
data centers and have about half a dozen servers at each. We do
not oversell reseller accounts and they are on separate servers
than shared customers.

The current production reseller server is a Duel Xeon 2.4 Ghz with
2 GB of ram and duel (raid protected) 200 GB hard drives.
