Steve - It would be nice, if you can have a feature to convert dymnamic url's to static url's with keyworks in the static url's . I mean considering your demo site for DRAMS Plus, the url for Linux servers, the url now is http://totally.mentallyderanged.com/hosting.php?pt=ds , instead, you could have a feature of convert that url into something like this : http://totally.mentallyderanged.com/linux_dedicated_servers.html .

can we expect that feature any time soon ??

Cheers

Also how about another feature to offer Private/Retail accounts for those who sign up large number of domain regularly..like giving them some special pricing ??

I am not sure, if this can be done using the regular membership feature in DRAMS ??

Thanks

Q: 1 can it import modernbill database

Q: can it provision/susspend/deprovision multiple servers

Q: can it work with plesk and cpanel ?

Q: does it permit access to source code so we can inteegrate our own support or affilate system if desired ? with a nda can I get source ?

Q: I signed up using your online demo, and although it sent an email saying my account is setup, it does not permit immediate login. apparently you must approve new accounts prior to their abiltiy to login...is this correct ? I would suggest you allow the login regardless and they would simply see a status message " this acount is pending approval prior to full access"

Also it sent 3 receipts, one for payment however it did not say what was bought which lends to confusion, and two product receipts one for hosting and one for the domain yet neither had a price on it. I think you would be better off to send one payment receipt which includes what was ordered on it. less emails and more clarity = less support headaches.

Product seems a bit beta to me...keep up the good work,

It will import MB users and hosting packages

It fully supports multiple servers

Plesk support is in development

Support link is configurable via system setup should you wish to use external support. Affil program could be added easily by adding your code to the universal header. Limited source can be made available, but Plus is encoded by default.

Accounts are activated immediatly.

DRAMS Plus is an invoice based system. An invoice is paid, an invoice reciept is generated. As packages are activated, email is sent to the customer notifying them of the package activation. This is by design, and is not due to code flaws. Invoices contain pricing, activation emails dont. Nothing 'beta' about it.
