Í have installed Squirrelmail under one virtual site, but I wonder how to make one install, ummm, "default" for all virtual sites.
I know it can be done, but I can't figure out how. Can anyone help me out with a detailed how-to?

Thanks!

Hey, I know its possible but not on RAQ's, you need to use some thing different to sendmail like qmail etc.

I think your best bet is to use NeoMail.
You can find a easy to install pkg file here.

Add this to your srm.conf:

Alias /webmail /home/sites/home/web/webmail/

Change the right-side path to your actual path to SquirrelMail of course. Then anybody on the server can go to http://www.theirdomain.com/webmail to get to it.

That SRM thing was what I was looking for, thanks!

I did take a look at NeoMail, but me thinks SquirrelMail is better. Not to mention that going over to NeoMail would lead to an incredible amount of work.
Nah, I'll mess around to get a serverwide SquirrelMail working :)

does this:
Add this to your srm.conf:

Alias /webmail /home/sites/home/web/webmail/
allow a user to also send domain name email from Squirrelmail? i have found that any user on my server reguardless of the domain name can log into the standard issue squirrelmail and check his/her mail. they just can't send mail from there unless squirrelmail is also on his/her virtual web space somewhere.

Look through SquirrelMail's Plugin's. Also check out their mailing list archives.
I haven't found a nice, ready to go solution yet, but it's there.

But dang the poor support/manual pages at SquirrelMail :(
