We've had tons of threads on Host horror stories, but how about customers? (This probably should go in the lounge since the information may not be too useful, but what the hay.) I've personally been pretty lucky with just a couple customers using stolen credit cards.

Have you had many customers that use your services for spam? Hacked into your servers? What did you do to stop em? (I'm probably leaving out a ton of topics, just giving you the idea.) :)

Since the name here is "webhostingtalk" i suggest there shd be a seperate forum for customer horror cases. But one problem is there. If a customer posts a horror story abt a particular host, it is more probable that the host locating it & sharing his point of view. I doubt the reverse has the same level of probability
