Just wondering if any of you pwebtech dedicated customers could tell me what they install as standard (on a Linx 7.1 box with CPanel and WHM) and what extras I should install before letting the machine loose.

Do the CPanel updates that occur automatically contain security patches and redhat patches?

My server from pwebtech has: bandmin, php, perl, apacheASP, firewall, red hat 6.2 zoot, openssl installed, SSH Access.

They install pretty much everything you need to get going.
