I have a simple question for anyone that has setup or knows how to setup OpenSRS full access software...

My question is... can a reseller that doesnt own the server run the full access opensrs or do you have to have root access to install this code?

Yes it's possible to install it without root access (i.e. virtual accounts). Make sure your server have all the necessary Perl modules installed. Ask your host to install the modules for you if not.

I didn't hear about OopenSRS . Can you give me some idea about it in brief.

The modules where what I was concerned with.. I havent checked with hosting company to see if these are indeed installed. I assumed it was something that I needed to do on my own... I will look over the modules and see if they are installed already..

The full access plan seems reasonable enough at $250 account balance startup.. plus you get to adapt all code and run a test on services before you actually have to bring your account with them to $250 minimum balance..

Does anyone know if opensrs is customizable enough to be able to offer registration in different languages?

Do they offer any kind of service for credit card processiong (let's say they take car of the billing and then they charge you 5%)?

They don't offer this (far as I know). Two that do are:
