Hi my site www.splcrazy.com needs a revamp.

I am happy with the club sites but the maint entry page is dreadfull.

It's all been done in PHP so im assuming it just needs some tweaking.

I would like a few add ons as well i-e on the club sites id like the admins to be able to add a poll.

I would also like to EASILY be able to upload some advertising to the main page and the club sites (something that can maybee do it Automaticaly)

Also i would like it be well optomised for the searchengines and maybee if somebody can help with the design of a messagebaord as well.
