Has anyone got a GeoTrust SSL Certificate to work in WHM??

These are the problems I have:

Attempting to verify your certificate.....
Cerificate appears to be intact
error 20 at 0 depth lookup:unable to get local issuer certificate
The CRT for the domain www.???.co.uk was installed on the ip 209.??.???.???.

I have tried to install manually but get not a validated CA, I get the issuer as being the domain name and not the issuer for the actual crt who is GeoTrust, can someone shed some light please.

I have tried cpanel support but no help from there.

Install the Cert with Netscape... I don't know why, but it does install and work. That looks like the error I was receiving, and never was able to install it without getting an error of some kind.

As for WHM, I think it has a database of certificate issuers and GeoTrust is just not in there. They can provide you with a root cert if you own the server, or they can give it to the owner...

When you say root certificate, who will supply that, as I administrate the server therefore have full access to it.

Will GeoTrust supply the root certificate
