ok. total newbie to RaQ. with some redhat experience.
i ended up going with a RaQ4 with 512mb RAM / 20.4gb hdd / 65gb bandwidth a month / 2 IPs(which isn't a problem for me,
as i only needed 2. however, i'm sure a few more wouldn't be a problem for me to get). $95 a month + $100 setup + one-time upgrade fee to go to 512mb.
aaanyhow.
i'm wondering which versions of these i should install:
1. webalizer.
the pkg on cobalt or the one from sourceforge(2.0.1)?
2. neomail.
the pkg on cobalt or is there a new pkg available elsewhere?
if elsewhere, do you have the URL's for them?
whew.
i just installed most of the patches(except the apache update and the last RAID update one) on cobalt. fun stuff.
thank you for your help! i'm loving my RaQ so far, and the company i went with, besides being newer, has impressed me
greatly with their personal help and service. i've sort of forgotten how that type of service feels after dealing with the last two virtual hosting companies i've dealt with. however, i'll post a more in-depth review of them once i've had much more than 6 days of experience with them.....(in case anyone cares)
