Redhat 9.0 is still officially supported until April and a few companies have already committed to continuing releasing updates for Redhat 9.0, albeit mostly in return for a small monthly fee.

What is with the rush of everything thinking they "need" to upgrade?
Just because an OS goes EOL dosent mean you need to start upgrading.

You'd have to do a search for that. Can't think of them off the top of my head. I know at least 2 companies have committed to doing this, one of which are also responsible for the updates for a different flavour of linux. I believe the ballpark figure was $5/month to subscribe to this update service.

I suggest waiting a bit longer before upgrading. At least till may or june I'd say.

I use Fedora. It works fine. I use Yum to update RPMs.
