The server will not be shared. You will have full access to the server and 100% resources. Upon payment, I will contact SM to migrate the server under your profile.

Then you can have my account and update the credit card information yourself. Before so, I will contact SM for owner change.

Not sure about how the whole process works, but sure will work out a way that satisfies both parties.
