I really hate to do this here Jeff, but you are not responding to my emails I have been sending all week.

Last communication from you was (I think) last friday when you said you were getting me a new server.

I have been emailing you asking when I would be getting this.

I have had a server with you since 14th Augusts and have had about a weeks worth of uptime.

Since the server problems, I have been without it, and have been extremely patient with you but this is getting rediculous.
I have paying clients who want me to move them to a new server (which was going to be yours) because they have just been sponsered by www.barrysworld.com so when they ask me what is happening, and I say "I don't know" it doesn't look good.

What I want to know is this...

WHEN will I get the server

Any other person would have done a chargeback by now, but I have been holding off.
I NEED the server up ASAP or else if you will not issue me a refund, I will have to do a chargeback.

I hate to be threatening, but I am at the end of my tether.

Making international calls each time for a progress update is very costly.

Besides, if they can get emails to him, then surely he can receive mine?

James, we really ask that you not post specific questions like, "WHEN will I get the server?" on the boards. If you wanted to post something on your experiences, that would be fine, but...
