Is it possible to have a private mail server in addition to a unique IP address and perl installed on the server?

you mean like another instance of exim run on a seperate ip?

Yes i think so.

Since we are a mailing list provider, the main problem we face is of spam complaints. We don't allow spam but people can still complain and this leads to our Ip being blocked. How do we get around this problem?
