What a small world... I remember critiquing that logo on another forum just a few days ago.

All the content is still stored on our servers but we have temporarily blocked access for them to the account since last night. We contacted them but have not yet received a reply explaining us the situation.

We've un-suspended the account (but will keep watching all further activities) after they confirmed that they will take down the site including copyrighted contents "until a valid site has been created" and "will completely erase the
GLEXICON.COM account and upload a "legal" site".

By the way, their corporation is legally registred in Delaware.

Isn't it obvious those pictures are stolen from stock-photo sites like PhotoDisc or Corbis? I mean, look at the file names of those pics:

If he posted the BBB logo on his site then he must abide by their standards and policies. Either that or he stole the logo too which will get him in some hot water real quick if the right people are called. Specifically the BBB themselves.
