Hello.
I'm selling a website, Website Retail (http://www.websiteretail.com), including the domain name and the software (developed by me). The software is being used on one other website, but I'm selling the domain name it was developed for along with the software. Because the software is being used on one other site, it's not exclusive, although I won't be selling this again (and yes, the person using the software knows I'm selling the site).
The site provides a place for people to sell their websites or other internet assets (domain names, graphics, etc.). They can create ads to sell their assets, and the site uses a credit-based system for them to purchase ads with (credits added through payment via Paypal using their IPN system for instant credit).
Here are the features of the site:
FRONT END:
Browsable list of assets for sale
Search capabilities (adding now, will be available before payment is sent)
Categorized assets
Seller contact through the website so you sellers don't have to publish their addresses
BACK END:
Updating account information
Credit-based system with instant-adding of credits using Paypal's IPN system
Assigning or removing images to each ad
Editing all aspects of currently running ads, including using unused ad time to totally change the ad if the current asset has sold
Easy-viewing of account history
Referral program, dynmaically generated links
Resources page for new owner to place any advertisements to sellers to help them (like forums, hosting offers, etc.)
ADMIN BACK END:
Manage all aspects of the site (seller information, ad information, even removing images of ads)
Mailing list manager to email one seller, all sellers, or generate a mailing list
Category management to easily add or remove categories
