Why is that when I enable frontpage for a user site (~username) it doesn't work unless I make them a site admin as well. Only problem is, once I do that they have access to the main site too.

Any ideas?

A site user can't have their FrontPage site extensions. I remember going through a work-out for it, but don't have the URL though.

I would try searching for it on my HDD, because I have a folder in which I save all the server problems and help files, because you don't know but they might help you sometime later :)

Thanks, I did notice that if I made them a site admin it worked but they had access to the main site too. However if I removed the site admin they lost access to the main site but could still access their own user site with FP.

It works but this doesn't make sense.

What kind of Raq do you have?

On the Raq 4 I think this was fixed, also I think there is a patch for this problem at Cobalt's site.

If this is the case then why do they even have the check box to enable it as a FP web when you can't.... Stupid.
