OK, I'll join in on the bandwagon of posts about folks looking to buy sites. Here is what I'm looking for, specifically...
* Forum Sites - will consider any that are active, but prefer vBulletin (or phpBB, Invision, etc that can be imported into vBulletin) - interest areas listed below - prefer sites with established moderator and growing and active user base
* Content Sites - prefer dynamic content scripts that allow easy site maintenance, but will consider static as well. How-to, tools, newsfeeds, FAQs, scripts.
* Interest Areas - phones, PDAs, mobile data, wireless, communications, smartphones, telephone humor, web hosting, web site development, webmaster tools, forum development, project management, project management tools - almost anything considered that is targeting business professionals
* Price Range - $xxx to low/mid $xxxx
* Income - I am most interested in sites that are already producing steady / growing income, but will consider other sites if the traffic is there and no income generation has been attempted
* Stats - prefer search engine and link driven traffic; not bought traffic. prefer steady historical growth, and would like to see Stats back for several months on unique visitors. Ideally, you would have a public stats tracker available to see what's been going on.
I'm prepared to move quickly if the site is of good quality and fits my long term goals.
