Just spent the whole day looking, searching and asking around and what apears to be the best for my needs are BlueWho.com.
So what's the goss on BlueWho.com reliability?
I don't care about support. I only need support if the servers stuff up.
I need uptime and plenty of it.

The uptime for the server I'm on with them is 99.9156% for December (well, it's a poor month); it's between 100% and 99.98% for the other servers. I don't save my uptime stats, but it's around 99.95% on average, if I remember correctly. Pretty good, if you ask me. The newer servers seem to have 100% uptime or very close to it and mine generally is the worst. I think I posted their uptime stats a while ago in one of my earlier posts for that period (November?); I'm sure you can find it or I can dig it up for you.

Thanks for the feedback GDO :stickout:
99.9156% is about 1 hour per month.
I can live with that.

Personally, anything that is down for no more than 1-2 hours a month is suitable for me (not 1-2 hours straight though), but anything less than that is even better.

I've been with bluewho for a couple of weeks - so far it's going well
