How to configure win200 Terminal services for remote desktop viewing,

It has something like Pcanywhere which is inbuilt and also very fast as i have heard

Any ideas how to get this working

If you open up the "add/remove software" & "add/remove Window Components" applet in the control panel of the server you need to select "Terminal Services" and choose "Admin Mode" on the install.

Once installed, there will be a menu item to create the client disks or you can download the advanced client from MS's site.

PS. Yes, TS is faster, more stable and secure than PCA.

Another tip... you can also install the TSwebclient. this way you can control your terminal server over a web browser....

If I am not mistaken, that will only work if you are running Windows 2000 Pro as your client as it does not work with 95/98/ME :(
