If I have a domain listed at Sedo and a private party makes me an offer independant of Sedo, am I breaking some sort of legality at Sedo?

Wondering because I thought Afternic or some other had a provision where you couldn't sell a name separately that's listed with them.

Thanks, fewcoin

I just read their agreement and I couldn't see anything about your question. Not to hijack your thread but how do you delete a domain from sedo's database? I can't find anything on that.

Thanks for the reply. Yes, I couldn't find any terms and conditions either.

To delete a domain from the Sedo listing, just bring up your list, check the box next to the domain and at the bottom, there is a dropdown box with choices, one of them being delete.

i think even with afternic if there is no bidding running and you wish to cancel the listing and sell it as direct sale, how they will even know?

I'll just delete the listing and sell it to the offer.

Thanks!

There are no restrictions at sedo, you can sell your domain to any one you want privately. Just delete the domain from your list at sedo afterwards.

Thanks.
