Thanks guys. We probably won't do more than the usual stuff of what we're currently doing (helping others out), but as the forums grow I'm sure the workload will pick up and we'll expand our range as we go.

And I don't think post 13 is unlucky.... Around these forums anyway (though if anyone would like to beg to differ, please feel free to - I'm all ears). I believe with most people it's Post 1 - since it's usually a post crying for help, being robbed by another unscrupulous hosting company.

A place where you might like to start off is http://www.searchenginewatch.com - really useful place and I'm pretty sure you should have no problems getting the site and forums in.

I think SitePoint also has a dedicated search engine section in terms of articles and also forums worth checking out.

I have an idea to generate more traffic for WHT!! Ok, here it goes:

Since many of us have our own sites/servers, why don't we have a contest to design the sweeetest link/logo that we can put on our sites. Or maybe a logo that recognizes certain hosts for excellent service, etc.. Kind of like the Webhost Guild (I think that's what it's called).

Since we all care so much about this forum, it would be our way of promoting/supporting it, and it wouldn't cost anything.

Just an idea.

Not that my site actually gets much traffic, but I'm sure others' do :)
