Phil, the problem with those drop auction sites, is that there are big fishes who dont care to pay much much more for these names.
There is no logic answer to these bids.
Sometimes names are really worth $xxxx but most of the time it is too much.
I bet vfl.com will go higher to 8k and more till the last minute.
