Hi,

Having thought i had decided on multipleimage i was advised to take a look at VO. They offered me a decent deal although more expensive than interserver and multipleimage. It also seems slower from here in the UK.

Having said that i have read a lot of good things about them and they seem a stable company. Although do not offer phone support.

Any comments on VO?

I was also interested in VO but I don't like their speed.
I think the problem is Verio their network is not really good, when I make a traceroute then there are two routingloops and need 10 hops to reach the destination.

Try Pwebtech

From my experiences VenturesOnline provide a very high level of service - both technical service/support and customer care/communication. Not the cheapest but recommended.

You get what you pay for..... My upcoming server is with Pwebtech, I didn't go with Ventures Online cause of the $800.00 setup fee.... Sheesh its like buying my own server!

I think I do believe "you get what you pay for" now :bawling:

$200 a month = $200 worth of attention, support, and care.

$500 a month = Better Support Response time and customer care perhaps.

I would vote for VO...I'm using one of its DED plan and so far, service and support is the best in the industry I've experienced so far.

And they are very polite and courteous even though I bombard them with questions during some admin problem. Price though is on the average side compared to many hosts, but there's host cheaper than them, but untested yet.,

As far as support and customer service goes, VO will spoil you silly. Thumbs up.

I'd have to say go with venturesonline. I just added another 3 of their high end servers this week and I have been quite happy with them.

We resell some accounts thru VO, and they are at the top of our Dedicated" list when we add our next server. So far, they've come thru every time. :)

We have servers at VO but we do not host UK customers sites on them.
Its just too far away.
We have servers at:

Burst.net (East coast so faster)
Redbus Interhouse (London)

We get these servers from www.ultraspeed.co.uk

yup i resell through VO's servers as well as having my own separate dedicated server with VO as well :D

service and support are top notch.. and it's probably the only web host i'd 100% trust in every way :)
