Does anyone have the contact number(s) for Serverhost support? I know this is not the appropriate place to look for this, but
a) www.serverhost.com is uninformative
b) i've been sending multiple mail to jkehe@serverhost.com, jkehe@plusweb.com, jeffrey.kehe@serverhost.com, jeffrey.kehe@plusweb.com, support@serverhost.com and support@plusweb.com. Mysteriously, either my mail to him is unreliable, or his replies back to me are getting lost. In the one month I've been trying to get my new IP allotment for a move from the old, old data center, I've only been able to get responses (several responses, but all delayed, leading me to think of some kind of e-mail problems) to my initial query of what's going on... so far, my follow up to that response telling him how many ips I need has not met with any response via e-mail that I have received.
c) I actually managed to contact Jeff just before posting this, but he mysteriously stopped responding just after I told him how many ips I need again.

So... Anyone has the support number? Preferably one that leads to a human, rather than an answering machine.
