It is definitely dutch but I don't think it is going to help you. The 450 error occured with a self written FTP client they had made.

**
De ftp client verwachtte geen extra 150 header, die pure-ftpd stuurt bij grotere bestanden. Ik heb deze uit de sourcecode gesloopt en alles werkt nu weer.

Translation:
The ftp client did not expect an extra 150 header which is send by pure-ftp with large files. I have removed this from the source code and everything is working now.
**

They removed that first from src/ftpd.c of pure-ftpd and later fixed their own ftp client to work correctly.

I have no knowledge of all this, all I can do is provide you with this summary but perhaps you could try another ftp-client?

Thanks thelinuxguy and Til!!
Just knowing it was dutch helped out .(babel at altavista doesn't have a dutch translator) I was able to find one, a dutch translator, online!

I kept thinking German, boy, was I way off!

Thanks,
kmsd

The best thing to do is go to busy IRC network such as DALnet, EFnet and join any country channel - #france or whatever. Hopefully they will help you out :)

Do you people really think these translation programs can do a better job then a Dutch person (Til) can

Hi Pilgrim,

I found one online that seemed to do a pretty darn good job as I was able to read most of the post and get their resolution out of it. AND the person who translated the important part in this post heped! But, I'm sure a real person could do a better job as I had to hunt for a bit to find a good translator.

Thanks,
Wassim
