I placed an order for a server from server4you.com. I got an e-mail back stating that they will contact me to verify the order and then set-up my server instantly. I got no call yet. I try to call them and their voice mailbox is full. I e-mailed them and i get no reply. What should I do know.

Wait for them to either call you or reply to your e-mail. Give them a little time, then start pressing away attempting to further contact them.

Thier website states that all e-mail are replied with in 1 hour.

Try sending something from an alternate email address. It is possible that they haven't received anything from the original email address you sent from.

After I signed up I gave them a phone call and in 24h I had my server up.

After Christmas give them a call. Sometimes hard to get through, but keep trying until they pick it up. I am very happy how my server is going and how well they help you out when you need help.
