I am wondering how they are able to offer 175 $ /yr for 1 gb of space with 50 domain setups allowed and more than 7 gb of bandwidth.

I'm myself in reselling and these costs doesn't get to me anyhow on my server.

I know the service provider has some servers from Rackspace and Dialtone.

He also offers RAID, weekly backups of the server on which these shared package will be hosted, free with the package.

He's making money.

But how ?

How can any1 offer reliable service and support at this price ???
I wonder...inbtw that service provider has servers at rackspace !!

I myself have a few dedicated server, but this is not even my costing !!!

Hope some of u gurus out here have answer to this !

1) They are idiots.
2) They are new and know nothing about web hosting other then the *fact* you will become rich beyond your widest dreams if you start a hosting company.
3) Basic hosting is a commodity and this company needs customers really bad.

Are you saying it is cheap or expensive?

I've got few servers myself..and this doesn't even cover my cost.

What they're doing is playing the resources game and they will be going out of business sooner or later.
