I've allocated about $150 /month for a dedicated server for my site and a few game servers. Here's what I need
cPanel
800 + GB Transfer (20 * 3 HL servers 200 GB per month)
Good Specs (Cap to handle 3 gameservers and busy site)
Good Uptime
Respectable company
PAYPAL PAYMENTS <- Extremely Important
I'm thinking of getting servermatrix but if anybody has annother company to recomend let me know.
P.S. I will hire an admin so it's safe and secure :)

I know the people who operate Lan-Central.com (http://www.lan-central.com/games.php) which is a gaming site run off a ServerMatrix 2.4 Celeron server for $79/mo.
AFAIK ServerMatrix doesn't accept Paypal as payment, however one of their resellers ReadySetHost.com (http://dedicated.readysethost.com/) does and you can even choose DirectAdmin as your control panel.

Managed.com has a p4 2.4 with 1 GB ram. That's $105 with cPanel. Perhaps that might be the best way to go. And if you wanted less game saturation, order a celeron and put a CS server on that. That'd be $160/mo. from managed.com for the celeron + P4 w/ cpanel.

You should be able to get a P4 with 512 - 1000 Mb of Ram and cPanel at a Nocster reseller. There are a lot of different resellers at the Dedicated Server offers forum.

Get a paypal debit card so you do not limit your choices to those who offer paypal payments!

That's a good idea for those who are only able to pay via PayPal. However, does PayPal have any restrictions or requirements when applying for one?

I think paypal's only requirement is to have both Checking+Credit Card on file.. for using the debit card..
And verified of course..

Just found it:
The PayPal ATM/Debit Card is available to a user who:
1. Has been a PayPal member for at least 60 days
2. Has a U.S. PayPal account
3. Has registered a credit card where the monthly statement is sent to a physical street address (not a P.O. Box)
4. Is Verified (has added and confirmed a bank account)
5. Has upgraded to a Premier or Business account
6. Is an active PayPal member in good standing, as determined by our Account Review Department
I meet all those requirements, however I still would like to pay through paypal or just through a regular credit card ;)
Speaking of which I don't like high set-up costs, so I won't pay any setup over $25, anybody heard of http://www.thenetgamer.com ?
