Me too have been talking with Tim for sometime through email. He's really helpful, however, I'm still awaiting a contract by him and updates much like when is the server going to be setup, etc...etc...

I've done a little research and the customers on MultipleImage are highly recommending his services (2 so far) . So far so good....I did a Traceroute and PING on MultipleImage.com and its satisfactory.

I think Multipleimage.com is new to the dedicated server scene as I've previously asked for response but have received none.

pinging MultipleImage.com justs shows you that they have a shared account with site5.com. MultipleImage.com does not have servers inside nac.

Our dedicated and colo servers are in Florida. We will be moving all of our shared customers there shortly as well.

Isit? No wonder I can see something like ***.***.site5.com in the PING results....

Anyhow, Tim, which NOC will you be using in Florida. It would be re-assuring to other potential customers to know a little about your NOC.

I highly recommend multipleimage. I have had the server for about a month. Tim has been great to me, and tech support has been wonderful. He actually set up the server a day early than he promised(on Sunday!), and he was very helpful when I was having some billing issue(mostly paysystem's fault). The typical response time for the tech support is 3-4 hours.

Tim and his support team were also very patient when I bombarded them with question. You can't go wrong with multipleimages.
