CrossSource 12-22-2003, 08:25 PM Just a heads up. You're now on page 4 in Google. That's still not bad, but you may want to edit your post.
VanHost 12-22-2003, 08:25 PM What is the reason for selling? And I suppose with your new site - http://www.minimalistix.co.uk/ - there is no chance of a no-competition clause???
DediZoneSales 12-22-2003, 08:32 PM The reason selling is partnership Conflict. Also, Minimalistix has nothing to do with this as it isnt even established . Its practically dead.
djstonefish 12-22-2003, 08:37 PM Hello I'm interested but a few things confuse me:
"Well Established" & "3 months" in the same sentence.
The profit per month and the current bid price.
Also, can you please provide some further details on servers, control panel. Plan types, prices and usage.
These are pretty standard questions that anyone's going to want the answer to before making a bid.
I'm prepared to make an offer if the price is right but there's a whole load of details you'll have to provide to justify such a high price.
HTH
DediZoneSales 12-22-2003, 08:41 PM Ok. could i contact you via MSN, AIM?
360Host 12-22-2003, 09:31 PM Do you have proof that you are making $2300? Also what currency is that in? How much space / bandwidth currently do you have to deal with?
Thanks

He never said he was making $2300...

Looks pretty clear to me.
Good luck with your offer, Minimalistix :)
DediZoneSales 12-23-2003, 09:18 AM Thanks for pointing it out and making it clearer :)
mediashawn 12-23-2003, 09:58 AM hi, we would be willing to offer your free hosting for 6 months to all your accounts. You can continue to receive the revenue from the customers for 6 months, after which they will be our customers. If you need more info send me a private message.
6months X $330 = $1980.
Let me know if this interests you.

3 months in business... isn't exactly well established.
Besides, what good is 50 "costumers" anyway? ;)
Good luck with the sale...

What does this mean? How is the business practically dead? Also, I noticed that the site is based on a flash template from templatemonster.com.
Does the site come with the flash portion also?
tcaim 12-23-2003, 02:54 PM Here is a link to another site that uses this template:

Shannara 12-23-2003, 03:06 PM Yay! So what state do you have your business license in? And does that state allow business ownership transfers? No license = illegal business.
Well established by all USA states is considered 5 years or older.
The Pioneer 12-23-2003, 10:00 PM Talk about attacks. If you're not interested in buying the business, why put up a fuss? I say get a life if you have the time to attempt to ruin others.
And if I've offended you, then you know who I am talking to.
tcaim 12-24-2003, 10:27 AM So, I'm still wondering if we get the flash header installed as well as the html header.
DediZoneSales 12-24-2003, 10:30 AM You get the design as you see it.
Shannara 12-24-2003, 02:40 PM Uh, SE Kyle, please try reading my post (If that is what you are referring to). Im not attacking, Im just not going to buy a business unless it is legal. Since Minimalistix did not answer my questions, I can conclude that it is not a legit business.
DediZoneSales 12-24-2003, 03:49 PM Ofcourse its legit, but i wont waste my time anwsering pointless questions.
Shannara 12-24-2003, 04:52 PM Ok, thanks for the response. In a business world, especially when one business is about to buy out another, the "buyer" would need ot make sure all of his "ducks is in order". If you consider running business as pointless... well *shrugs*. Anyways, thanks for pointing that fact out.
djstonefish 12-24-2003, 11:03 PM Would you care to elaborate on which posts are pointless? I've asked some perfectly acceptable questions but am still awaiting a reply.
mediashawn 12-25-2003, 02:41 AM anyone responding to me ?
