Hi all.
Has anybody used reseller plans of thehostingspecialist.com? how you've found them? I have done a search here, but no updated review.

I took a look over at their website and I noticed that they allow overselling and they state that they offer 24/7 support, but nobody seems to be online for support the last couple of times I looked...

It seems even worse! as I have an eye on canadian resellers, I sent some pre-sales questions after your post last night. now it's 9:30 am and after more than 12h no response.
you see; most of companies answer sales question in a shorter time than support!

Just because live support is offline doesn't necessarily mean that no-one is working on tickets and server admin etc.

Yes, try all levels of support... But I would be a bit disappointed if they don't answer _sales_ emails promptly.

It could be the case that sales is not 24/7 and support is. I personally handle all of Voxtreme's sales inquiries so a same day response is usually to be expected, with support being much quicker.

Ouh; for sure it's not enough for a conclusion. as they haven't answered me yet (after about 40h), may be there has been some problem with their email or something else. if he/she is really interested in them, can do more searches or try to connect them. that was just my bad sense; you see, the first step is always the most effective one :rolleyes:
