Are these positions rotating or static? Entire site or only 1 page?

Hmm..
Maybe I didn't make my questions clear enough.
1. If someone buys a banner position, is their banner rotated with other banners and only shown on some page loads or is it constantly displayed every time the pages are loaded?
2. If someone buys a banner position, is their banner displayed on all of your site's pages or only one page?

Sorry, $5 a month. I copied it from one of my old ones. It is displayed by itself. The other banner's terms expired yesterday so I am looking for it to take its place. It will be placed on all the pages

Ok.. so to clarify, there is only 1 position for sale at $5/mo and the banner is displayed on every one of your pages?
