...............you would all get together and send a nice, professional e-mail to Alabanza stating your concerns and upsets. At the bottom everyone will sign their domain name (or company) and how long you have been a customer of theirs AND the number of domains you have with them. This will send them a clear message. You should also indicate that there are other companies that do the same thing that they do (VDI, I think is the name).

And you could always boycott them and not buy their products anymore, just keep the acounts you have there and find another source for accounts.
