Thank you for posting this thread!! I was thinking of calling them to order this service, but I forgot the name..tried several variations but not this :D

I used that for my home connection, and I would say that its the worst thing.

Constant downtime, and really not that fast.

I get the same speed of my cable line.

Overall I was with them for a year, and really never saw great speed. Now that I have had cable for 2 months, no downtime, and great speed.

Go cable if you can

Yes, be forewarned, they used to be Telocity as previously stated. I'm not sure if they corrected all the problems Telocity had but if not, it is not worth the hassle. Just my thoughts as a (almost) customer that they lost before they could gain.

All I can say is "RUN, RUN, RUN!" :)

it is the same as it was with telocity. and still spamming too
