I'm gonna start reselling web hosting services.

The model is as following:

The hosting service provider provides me (the reseller) with
the account setup and a control panel, while they charge me on a monthly basis for each resold domain hosting and I bill and support my clients directly.

Is there any management software for managing and controlling billing you can recommend of ?

Any things I should take into consideration ?

Any comments regarding this issue will be thankful.
