Yes, I think it's not realistic. The price you mentioned is below what most hosts pay for a GB traffic.

Yeah, that is pretty low... Even if you found a host that did that, it might be a slow server (I.E. you get what you pay for)... For a host to offer that price they might oversubscribe their lines.

I would get a host that has competitive prices, but not *cheap* prices.

The cheapest is something like $2.5 per GB, but you have to pay for 20GB first. The total should be around $100 per month.
