I have just builded a new computer, for some reason it wont display anything on the monitor.
When I switch the power on, I can hear few beeps (like 8 times) - I am not too sure why that happen. I tried to take out all the ram out and switch power back on again then there was no beeps!
So what could be wrong? ram? grapic card?

What motherboard do you have? Look up the error codes. Usually a long beep followed by 3 short beeps means no video.
Make sure your video card is properly seated.

Ack, I don't care for those boards at all. Decent experience with one, but a couple of others were nothing more than paperweights.
Anyway, we need to know more than just "around" x number of beeps. The number of tones and if they are short or long will help in figuring out the problem.
If you have the motherboard's manual, look up the errors in there. It tells you what the different numbers of beeps mean.
If this is your first time building a computer, don't worry as many people have first time trouble, mainly to do with the motherboard (because it has the most configurations).
Saying that, the first time I built a PC, I had no problems :stickout:

8 beeps - Display Memory Read/Write Failure - Indicates a memory error on the video adapter. Try re-seating the video card. If it still beeps, try replacing the video card or the memory on the video card.

The boards come with little to no documentation and the BIOS allows for very little editing. Another problem I have with them.
Hav eyou tried swapping video cards? It is definitely a video problem, but you can try swapping for a known good card.

try adding a new ram stick to eliminate the ram as a problem.
I too agree it's a video problem.

When you remove the RAM, the board is not going to recognize the video card problem. On boot it checks memory first.

Try changing the CPU Frequency in the BIOS.
