Some people have some good experiences and some people have not. If you do a search on this board, you may discover both sides of the experiences.

We have used site5 for around 4months.
We had a couple of problems with the server to start with - which we found was faulty ram, i emailed them and then next day it was replaced.
Now the server is running fine.
Vince, one of the admins is a great guy, ask him anything and he would help you out.
They do have great support, nac.net have been OK but latley have been a few problems but they seem to be better now.
They helped with the move from our old host to the new one guiding us each step of the way.

they are not the cheapest in the world but you get what you pay for. We have got this and more.

Hopet hat helps.

Craig

Anyone else use site5 for colo?

I colo my box with Site5. I rarely ask for support since we can maintain our box on daily basis. But we currently have a 24 days of open ticket (for apache upgrade with some feautures on php, etc) without any update/follow-up. And this started to dissapoint me a lot. If you search this board, I have been saying good things about Site5 (especially since I never really ask hard core support request), but this time ... I don't know what to say ....

But having said this, if you can maintain your own server and do all the upgrade you need your own, then going with them is definitely worthed. NAC.net is great .... (see here (http://www.colosolution.com/compare/)).

cheers,
