I am looking to establish a long term partnership with a web design firm to assist in all our future design requirements.

The design firm (or individual) should be skilled in the following aspects as we will require certain bits and pieces of design upon demand:
- Logo Design
- Static/Animated Banner Design for online ad campaigns
- Flash Banners and Headers
- Site template design
- Creating custom photo/picture clips
- Interface design

We will also pass on sales leads to the firm when our reseller hosting customer request - and trust me a lot of them do :)

In a nutshell, I am looking for somebody or a firm to outsource all our and our customers' design needs to upon demand instead of hiring an inhouse web designer.
